In 2022, we acquired a traditional snail farm and overhauled its production process to create a more organized, semi-industrial operation.
We cultivate the Cornu Aspersum Maxima species and aim to produce the best possible protein source without the use of hormones or force-feeding methods. Additionally, we avoid both insect-based and synthetic alternatives.
Tour our facilities
Our indoor intensive system meticulously maintains the optimal temperature, light, and humidity for our breeders, caviar, and young snails. Additionally, you'll see our 'grow-out' tunnel, using the curtain method, allowing snails to experience outdoor conditions and benefit from fresh air, rain, sunlight. They're fed a special formula enriched with Moringa and natural foods.
